The world is a-buzz with the term “Gluten-free” right now. You see it everywhere! Did you know that I was at a grocery store the other day and saw a “gluten-free” sign on a banana? A banana!!! Wow. This has gotten out of control!
And now that “gluten-free” is a household term, I want to help people understand that just because something is labelled “gluten-free”, it is not necessarily healthy for you. In fact, I could argue that some of these so-called ‘healthy’ items are in fact worse for your health than the gluten-laded kind.
I believe I have been put on this earth to share what I have learned, and so I’ve spent the last 6 months putting together over 19 years of research, recipes, and trial and error into the Live The Smart Way Course.
